NY Cop Cleared In Choking Death Of Eric Garner
The blockbuster decision capped weeks of investigation by the special grand jury, which was empaneled in September specifically to review evidence in Garner’s racially charged death.
It was unclear exactly what charges prosecutors asked the grand jury to consider filing, or how the vote went.
Under New York law, an indictment must be agreed upon by at least 12 members of a grand jury, which can have up to 23 members.
Cellphone video of Garner’s July 17 arrest shows Pantaleo wrestling him to the sidewalk on Bay Street, with the white cop’s arms wrapped around the neck of the black suspect.

I couldn’t believe this! They had video of the man being brutally man-handled by the police, causing his death – AND THEY GET AWAY WITH IT! Holy shit!

So tell me… How did this officer act with malice with any attempt what so ever to do nothing more then to take the big guy down, in order to place him under arrest. the fact of the matter is, this poor gentleman had very poor health, which was documented after the fact.
This supposed choke hold, is taught to these officers in the academy. And as soon as Mr. Gardner was subdued enough, the hold was released. Yes, I agree, it is a complete shame that Mr. Gardner dies. But I think your calls of racist cop killer or unwarranted and unsubstantiated.

the simple fact that you know damn well that it has been banned and is therefore illegal to use as a restraint, suggest you are willfully ignorant and will never give a sh’t about the lives of a black male murdered by a cop. so STFU already!

That you choose to defend the person who was the main cause of EG’s death says so much about you. You could have remained silent on the matter but instead chose to voice an opinion so far out in left field let’s us all know what you value in life.
