Giuliani: Wilson Case Shouldn’t Even Have Gone To Grand Jury

Former New York mayor and former Republican presidential candidate Rudy Giuliani said on “Fox News Sunday” that the case of Darren Wilson shouldn’t have gone to a grand jury.

Having read the transcripts of the Grand Jury, and having been a prosecutor for thirteen years, I don’t see how this case normally would even have been brought to the Grand Jury,” Giuliani said. “This is the kind of case, had it not had the racial overtones and the national publicity, in which the prosecutor would have come to the conclusion that there was not enough evidence to bring to the Grand Jury.”

“Attorney General Holder’s gonna have to take a case in which a jury couldn’t find probably cause to indict, and he’s gonna have to try to find probable cause in front of a federal Grand Jury,” Giuliani said. “It’s an impossible case to present to a Grand Jury.”

Rudy needs to say something outrageous to remain relevant in the R.W. bubble. It’s getting harder and harder to top the last stunner with that KKKrew.

Turned on the Raiders vs St Louis Rams football game just now and saw that several of the Rams wide receivers led by Tayvon Austin, made symbolic gestures in support of the Ferguson protesters. Good on them. If Tim Tebow can exercise his first amendment rights during a game, then so can the Rams receivers.

I live in northern California and ordinarily would be rooting for the Raiders. But today, if the Rams happen to pull this one out, it will be just fine with me.
