Limbaugh Hires Lawyer To Sue Democrats
Click here for reuse options!,,,the Democratic Party group led a campaign against Limbaugh based on out-of-context statements the host made about sexual assault. Limbaugh’s legal team delivered a letter to DCCC representatives Monday informing them of the legal threat. Limbaugh has also demanded a public retraction and apology.
The Limbaugh team is currently proceeding from the standpoint of litigating and has not yet made a decision as to whether the DCCC could make any concessions at this point to prevent the lawsuit.
The DCCC “has intentionally disseminated demonstrably false statements concerning Rush Limbaugh in a concerted effort to harm Mr. Limbaugh, and with reckless disregard for the resulting impact to small businesses across America that choose to advertise on his radio program” according to the GlaserWeil law firm’s letter to the DCCC, which was obtained by TheDC. “Mr. Limbaugh clearly, unambiguously, and emphatically condemned the notion that ‘no’ means ‘yes.’”
“Let’s be clear: Rush Limbaugh is advocating for the tolerance of rape” the DCCC stated in a September fundraising email after Limbaugh mocked Ohio State’s new mandatory sexual consent guidelines.

He took someone else’s viagra on vacation and then bragged, “He joked about the search on his radio show Tuesday, saying Customs officials didn’t believe him when he said he got the pills at the Clinton Library and he was told they were blue M&Ms. He later added, chuckling: “I had a great time in the Dominican Republic. Wish I could tell you about it.””

I had to check the calendar. Today isn’t April 1. This sounds like a frivolous lawsuit of the kind that he mocks on his show. After spending three days calling Sandra Fluke a slut and demanding that she send him a video of her having sex–based on her testimony before Congress that he misrepresented, he has ZERO grounds to expect that he has moral high ground here.

1. The drug soaked 4 times married sex tourist calls a graduate student a slut, and suggests she make sex tapes for his amusement.
2. Advertisers drop him like a bad habit.
3. Limbaugh continues to make light of rape

This despicable human being has made millions deliberately & proudly misrepresenting facts about Democrats and tries to sue them for allegedly doing same thing (which if courselves they didn’t)!?! After years (actually his entire career) of saying horrible sexist things about women he files this lawsuit about rape comments that he has basically been making for a long time.
With his ratings sinking this is probably just another attention seeking/money making scheme.
