5-Day-Old Baby ‘Accidentally’ Shot In The Head By Hunters
A stray bullet grazed the head of a 5-day-old infant in what officials in Pennsylvania are describing as a hunting accident. The father of the infant was holding his newborn baby when the bullet tore through a window in the home.
District Attorney Pat Dougherty said the infant’s father had been sitting on a couch holding the infant when the bullet plowed through the window of the home.
According to Dougherty, the bullet is believed to have come from hunters on private property across the street and he added that they had permission to be there.
The child was taken to a children’s hospital. The baby’s condition is not known at this time.
State police are investigating, but Dougherty said the incident “appears to be an accidental shooting.”

What kind of a gun was this guy using to hunt with – what was he hunting???? Across the street? Again, what the hell were they hunting? Where were they aiming? Hope hunting was worth it – the use of a gun is a responsibility not to be taken lightly. Now there is an infant fighting for life – (wonder where the shooters stand on abortion) – but at least these doofuses were on private property & had permission to be there…It will probably be ruled a tragic accident & that is sad.
