White Missouri Lt. Gov: ‘Anglo-American Jurisprudence’ Is Working In Ferguson (Video)
OnTuesday, Missouri Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder (R) argued that the curfew in Ferguson should be reinstated because “Anglo-American civilization” is working in Ferguson. “I don’t understand an argument for not reinstating it,” he told MSNBC host Ronan Farrow. “I don’t understand that. I’m not trying to be overtly political. I am saying, the people of Ferguson, the people of the state of Missouri are crying out for leadership.”
“We do not do justice in America in the streets though,” he said. (Martin Luther King, Jr. is spinning in his grave).
He went on to say, “We have legal processes that are set in motion, that are designed after centuries of Anglo-American jurisprudence tradition. They’re designed to protect the rights and liberties of everyone involved.”
“Our constitutional and our Bill of Rights protections have to be followed here, and we do not do justice in the streets,” he argued.
“That’s one of the great advances of Anglo-American civilization, is that that we do not have politicized trials. We let the justice system work it out,” he said without laughing.

Don’t know about taking ‘justice to the streets’ not working, WHITE Anglo-American UnderGovernor of Missouri. Kliven got his Kows back, and the heavily armed WHITE RACIST THUG TERRORIST wandered back to their little WHITE TERRORIST TRAINING CENTERS fully armed at their own F*ING CHOOSING! Perhaps if the AMERICAN CITIZENS in Ferguson would do the same, they too would have a successful ‘protest’ that the Government would allow (but definitely no where near) as successful as the heavily armed WHITE RACIST THUG TERRORIST in Nevada?

Maybe you could stop being an Anglo-American then? May I suggest a couple of languages such as Spanish, Italian, French. Ohh French, you could become a Francophile? Or you could move out of Anglo-America which is Canada, United States, Bermuda, Puerto Rico, etc etc. Did you know that there are 310 million Anglo-Americans in this country? Did you know that Martin Luther King was an Afro-Anglo American? Heck, we have a number of Anglo-American who are of Thomas Jefferson lineage (Jefferson-Hemings).

My response was to the obvious LIE that the Anglo-American UnderGovernor wishes for the world to keep hearing. Kinda hard to accept when – how many of the heavily armed WHITE RACIST TERRORIST THUGS renouncing the United States of America were disarmed and brought to justice through our ‘Anglo-American courts’ out in Klivens Kow Kountry -?-
My personal preferences of different languages are South East Asian with a street knowledge of Castilian Spanish and Swiss French is already in the family. Little thought about facts, but did you known the standing Chinese Women’s Army (smaller force than the main) is over 400 million?
Sort of dwarfs the 310 total population, and Anglos in their entirety are a minority of the World’s population?

Anglo-American jurisprudence sounds like dog whistling, those words do not mean simply the English speaking American entity. He could have used less speculative words.

I never understood the term ‘Anglo-American.’ The great majority of Angles were ethnically clensed by King Canute in the the early 1030’s and the remaining pockets were displaced by William the Conqueror’s harrying of the North 50 years later. Our jurisprudence system was actually put into place by the French Angevins based on early Saxon charters that came from the barbarian tribes of Germany so a proper name for it would be ‘French-Saxon-Barbarian Jurist Prudence.’

I merely said that I didn’t understand why they include the brutal Angles, whose slavery and mutalation practices Canute found so savage that he drove the ones he didn’t kill out of the country to the point where there is very little genetic evidence of them in the British population today.
Henry I’s coronation oath swore to bring back the laws of Edward the Confessor who ruled in the Saxon line of the House of Wessex. The chief remaining features of the Angle’s justice system were things like trial by combat, which Henry II (of Anjou) sought to downplay by basing the justice system on the charters of Alfred the and Great and Edgar the Peaceful. Those in turn were based on the tribal system in Saxony which predated the Saxon emigration to Britian. While the country had come to be called ‘Anglaland,’ after it’s former inhabitants, the actual make up of the population by the time of Magna Carta was a mix of Saxon, Norman, Danish and French citizens.

It’s a case of crackers in the soup. The political establishment, here represented by Missouri Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder (R), is so oblivious, so out of touch with what life is really like for most black people in places like Ferguson. He simply can not understand the level of hurt, anger and mistrust of his “Anglo-American” justice. Even though it’s been apparent for a very long time. Too long to excuse this level of official malfeasance, abuse and neglect of whole communities. He’s gotta go! Although I think he got one thing right when he says,
And that cry goes way beyond Ferguson MO.

Every-time, I see the words Anglo-American. i think White Americans-White Justice. The fights are fought in the streets. The problem is that the Justice System has been failing the blacks for years.
The only reason that MLK, would be turning in his grave, would because the racial injustice is still present. And, people’s voiting rights are in jeopardy. Seems like they are trying to undo everything that has been done.
