Is Sarah Palin Ok?
No, really. David at Crooks and Liars has video of a speech this week in Colorado which has us wondering. Usually, it’s word salad. This time, it’s a chopped salad.
We’ve edited down the rambling 30-minute-plus address on Saturday to the Western Conservative Summit, but you can get the drift just a few minutes in. And if nothing else, there were pink Obamas dancing across her teleprompter during the affair, judging by how often she kinda looked at her screen funny, wrinkled her nose, and rambled on.
All we can say is: Thanks, John McCain, for imperiling the nation with your astonishing lack of judgment.

I just burst out laughing, imagining what a sign-language interpreter would make of Sarah’s speech.
I’m pretty sure that the signer would simply give up, and resort to twirling the index finger around the ear in the universal sign for “cuckoo.”

usually there’s at least a smattering of laughter or applause. what strikes me is it sounds like she’s talking to an empty room. nothing makes a lick of sense,,,at least to me. one thing that stood out to me…when did, as she claims, obama ‘declare war in lybia without congressional approval’? other than that, she hitting on most of the points her christeabagerpublican constituents come to hear her spout, even if it’s rather incoherent. oops, she invoked god and got some applause, but i think it was for god, not her. high, drunk, a stroke, whatever. this is one of their ‘leaders’, one of their ‘spokes persons’? they’d be better off with a mime and a blind interpreter.

She seems way tipsy. Maybe she had a lot on the plane. I can’t believe they pay her for this crap. It’s the same rant (and that’s all it is), she just adds a few new items based on what’s going on at the moment. No solutions. No truth. No facts. Just a hate speech. What a waste of money.
She really hates Obama because she lost. I really think she, like Romney, really thought “God” chose her to be in the WH, but she lost and she can’t get over it.
She knows how to work it though. She is getting rich off her BS.
They need to stop calling her Gov. Palin though. She quit before her term was up. Please call her quitter Palin.
