Conservatives Totally Lose Their Sh*t After Falling For Satirical/Fake News Site’s Post On Obama

Posted by | July 5, 2014 21:35 | Filed under: Politics Top Stories

Tea Party hero Victoria Jackson linked to a satirical/fake news site then presented it as a fact. Jackson wrote about our evil Muslim President celebrating the Fourth of July at “a mosque” and she further added that he will “host Muslim leaders at the White House” on Independence Day.

Jackson declared, “Obama continues to slap America in the face and spit on her. I am outraged. If you’re not, you are uninformed.”

Victoria Jackson totally not drunk (image: The Blaze)

The National Report’s satirical post is inundated with outraged Conservatives in the comments who demand  the Usurper be tossed out of America, dammit.

Ruh roh, here comes the Punisher and he’s going all Republican caps on us:

This is how Obama conspiracy theories start. Watch how rapidly this circulates.

BENGHAZI!

Then this guy happened along and ruined everything.

Obama is playing 4 level chess, while they’re playing chinese checkers. They’re too dumb to know they’re not even in the same game.

LOL! “Both sides, both sides, both sides. Polly wanna cracker.” Your side falls for this crap because the average conservative is addicted to stupid.

I’m not on any side. I am not a republican nor a democrat. I am an American citizen that think both parties are bad for this country. All they have done is divide. You have no idea what my views are. I’m conservative in the fact that I believe in the constitution. I believe what it stands for. Not what you have been told what the founding fathers believe, but what I believe. I don’t live in the past. I know there had been atrocities committed on this country. I know that it wasn’t just the republicans or democrats fault in this. It’s every single one of us that has caused this. I call out conservatives just as much as you liberals. I cannot call myself a liberal because I do not believe government is the answer for life’s problems. I do not believe that government gives people their rights. Nor do I believe a god did either. WE give ourselves out rights.

Why do we need so many laws to tell people what to do? Why do we need more? Why do you hate so much and want to retaliate at everything? Why do you need the government’s permission? I just wish people would get that. We don’t need the government to tell us what to do. Every law makes someone a criminal, what will you do when that makes you one?

I don’t like the democrat platform because I do not believe in big government. I do not believe in the republican platform for the same reason. Both want big government and both want power. I don’t like Obama because he is for big government. There is no freedom in big government.

Gone is the land of personal responsibility and here is the land of entitlements for both people and corporations. And corporations are going to win. Both parties are corporatist, they just have different sponsors. Once you realize that, maybe you and the republicans can wake up from your koolaid haze and realize you all have been duped.

There’s a single label that every ounce of rhetoric in the preceding post came from.

That label, dear readers, is “libertarian”… also less than affectionately referred to as Paulians.

Spectrum wise, somewhat right of true center… roughly where Reagan era Republicans were or where Democrats will be in 20 years if the ideology shift continues. Policy wise, sides with the Tea Party more frequently than willing to admit in polite company.

Also of note, every libertarian is convinced they’re the only ones capable of reading the Constitution, which gives them absolute insight into the minds of the Founding Fathers that referring to documents from their own hands can’t dispute.

Warning: Deconstructing their fantasy world that they’re completely unique and original snowflakes may be met with hostility, since their “absolutely unique insight” is part of their core identity at this stage.

No one believes that government is the answer to ALL problems, but government can help or fix some problems.
We have laws, a lot of laws, because there is always someone(s) willing to if not trying to sneak through the loop holes and cracks of the laws already on the books; so new laws are enacted to fill in the holes, or revise and clarify, and adjust to new technologies and situations.

        • Laylla July 8th, 2014 at 14:11

I’m in my mid 40’s and I don’t even have so much as a parking ticket. I’ve obeyed laws all my life and my life is pretty damned keen. Not all laws make criminals and to blame the laws is irresponsible. I do agree that we need to take responsibility for our own actions, but most importantly, for someone who disagrees with how our country is run by BOTH sides, you quite adamantly adhere yourself to one side. Why label yourself with either? I’m not a Liberal Democrat. I’m not a Conservative Republican. I am someone who believes in Pro-Choice and the Death Sentence. I am ME and I believe each side has it’s flaws and on that same token, possess some positive attributes as well.

You need to start thinking that way and stop insulting people with Kool-ade comments when you hypocritically do exactly what you berate them for doing.

          Just. Be. Human.

        • Esteban Rey July 8th, 2014 at 20:32

First of all, you are a conservative republican. All of your talking points are straight up republican talking points. I will now explain why you are a republican and why you are wrong.

“I’m conservative in the fact that I believe in the constitution. I
believe what it stands for. Not what you have been told what the
founding fathers believe, but what I believe.”

So you believe in the constitution because you believe in what you believe in. Do you see how circular this reasoning is?

“I do not believe that government gives people their rights. Nor do I believe a god did either. WE give ourselves out rights.”

WE (ok, not you and me, but other people) gave ourselves our rights by FORMING A DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC (government) AND DECLARING THAT WE HAD THOSE RIGHTS. We can have more rights or fewer rights based on what we can establish through our government.

“Big government” is a meaningless phrase, and again a republican talking point, illustrating once more that you are a republican. I make my political decisions based on whether I agree with a particular idea or piece of legislation, not on whether I want big guvermint or small guvermint. You would be wise to think in terms of real issues and not propaganda buzzwords.

“Why do we need so many laws to tell people what to do?”

I will answer this question by quoting Alexander Hamilton: “Why has government been instituted at all? Because the passions of men will not conform to the dictates of reason and justice without constraint.”

Now in your last paragraph, you and I agree on a few things. Both parties are corporate now, that is true. But one of us is parroting corporate propaganda about “big guvermint” and one of us is me. Think about why you are supporting corporate America’s desire for fewer regulations on them.

I know dumpsters. I’ve lived in dumpsters. Comparing her to a dumpster tramp, insults both the dumpster and tramp. At any rate, after learning about how easily she fell for it, I don’t think she could find her way into or out of a dumpster.

They have a good point in that Obama’s left-handed and it looks scary different to them compared to when they see their friends wiping their a$$. One of those ‘doesn’t look right so it MUST be a big scary monster’ deals or something.

No, you just need to STFU because you can’t talk, can’t think, and can’t seem to understand that a Philippine citizen, living in the Philippines hasn’t a clue about what happens in America. You want to comment on the Philippines, maybe you’d make sense. Not till then.

          • Laylla July 8th, 2014 at 14:04

In his defense, he IS an American working in the Philippines. This does not make him any less of an American. And a retired military man to boot and there is internet. He can still educate himself should he choose to. So telling him to shut up and claiming he has no clue what’s going on here because of his geographical location isn’t really fair.

If anything, he has no excuse for not keeping up on the facts and not presenting himself professionally and factually as I’m pretty damned sure the Navy would not allow such slovenly posts.

I often make a joke saying this:

You can always tell when you’re in a neighborhood where a blonde lives.
There are yellow street signs reading:
    “SLOW CHILDREN”.
    Emphasis on slow.
Apparently it isn’t always just a joke.
