At least temporarily.

A judge on Thursday temporarily halted until Jan. 6 a Texas regulation due to take effect next week that requires abortion providers to dispose of aborted fetal tissue either through burial or cremation, a woman’s health group in the suit said.

The judge will hold hearings on Jan. 2 and 3 on the rule due to start on Dec. 19 that will also require hospitals and other medical facilities to bury or cremate miscarried fetuses, according to Whole Woman’s Health, a plaintiff in the suit.

But how will we ever be sure that the precious gifts from Jesus ever reach their place in Heaven?

      Wonderful snark. Thanks.

Wouldn’t the work around be donating the fetus to science … or is there something that prohibits that ?

Here is the scientific fact that I can never get pro-lifers to engage me on: abortion is a natural part of human reproduction.

Early term “unborn babies” are sloughed off as often as they take. Most women have had at least one spontaneous abortion.

If pro-lifers really believed their “unborn baby” rhetoric, they’d be the loudest proponents of women’s healthcare. But, of course, they are not.
