Portland Police Sgt. Pete Simpson told the Daily News that the victim suffered non-life threatening injuries and was taken to a hospital in stable condition. It was not immediately clear what motivated the shooting and the suspect was still being sought early Saturday.

I think they were saying it was a trump protester that was shot, not a supporter? – besides, the upcoming sheriff lil’ Idi Amin, Jr. (ref: uniforms) will know how to quell protesters just like they did under Reagan!

“Preliminary information indicates that a suspect was in a vehicle on the bridge and there was a confrontation with someone in the protest,” Portland police said in a statement. “The suspect got out of the vehicle and fired multiple shots injuring the victim.”
Authorities said his wounds are not thought to be life-threatening.
The suspect was described as an African-American male in his late teens. He is believed to have fled in a gray or silver sedan.

Portland has become a hell pit due to an intermingling of violent anarchists who home base there and a massive homeless population. It is no wonder the protests there have been violent. And besides, what kind of “protest” goes on at one a.m. anyway? It’s not a protest at one a.m., it is trouble brewing. So somebody accepted their offer? Got it.

Two 18-year-old men detained early Saturday were arrested later in the day in connection to the shooting on Portland’s Morrison Bridge, which occurred after 1 a.m. local time (4 a.m. ET) Saturday, police said. It was unclear whether the shooting was politically motivated.
