“Within hours it was discovered that these emails were not from or to Hillary Clinton and were not on her server or on any of her devices.”-FBI Dir Comey must update & clarify.

“But an official doesn’t need to have a specific intent – or desire – to influence an election to be in violation of the Hatch Act or government ethics rules.” No intent is needed. The fact that Comey put in motion actions that could affect the election is in and of itself a violation of the Hatch Act. Period.

Comey should be fired by 5pm Monday if he hasn’t come out with a clear and detailed statement.

It’s time to abolish the FBI completely. It was not a good idea in the first place, it gives far to much power over private citizens than required. We never needed a federal police force. We now have several, fbi, dea, atf, tsa…
Apparently, Comey can’t be fired or even forced to resign.

He can do what ever he wants and stay there as long as he wants. There is no way we need that.
As far as I’m concerned, all the attempts to defend or excuse Comey is BS, this was a flagrant and deliberate effort to sabotage Clintons campaign.

Please use “anyway” instead of the incorrect “anyways.”

Really? That is what upset you in this entire article? Go back and read it again but take off your mask and put your “critical” glasses in the cabinet.

Why? For your tender linguistic sensibilities? Clarity? Anal retentiveness?

Looks like the “October surprise” just blew up in their faces. I love comedy, but this show has gone on too damn long.

The NOT ON HER SERVER news had better appear in very big letters in every journal your country has or your democracy is plain and simply defunct.
