“I’m going to build a wall, and keep all the undesirables out!”; everybody cheers, except for one guy.
“I’m going to raise tariffs, to make American businesses strong again!”; everybody cheers, except for the same guy.
“I’m going to make our allies pay us for protection, so that the world is a safer place!”; again, only the one guy isn’t cheering.
After he finishes speaking, he goes over to the guy and asks him, “Why weren’t you cheering?”
The guy replies “I’m not insane, I work here.”

Being that Trump is going to make it much more lucrative and sensible for businesses to stay in the US, Ford has decided not to move 5000 jobs to Mexico. The plant will stay in Kentucky. Making a positive impact even before inauguration.
