Trump goes to war with Ohio Republican Party

Posted by | October 15, 2016 14:37 | Filed under: News Behaving Badly Politics

Good time to take on the Republican Ohio chair.

Matt Borges, who supported John Kasich in the primary and said last week his own wife doesn’t want a Trump sign in their yard, reacted as many other Republicans did to the lewd comments Trump made on that 2005 audio. He still publicly supports Trump, but he openly said, “I’ve been very public about saying that there will be no repercussions for anyone who feels like they need to withdraw their support or endorsement of Mr. Trump.”

So Trump’s Ohio state director Robert Paduchik sent a letter to the Ohio GOP going on a tear against Borges and accusing him of “duplicity.”

There is no polling model that I know of where Trump can lose Ohio and still achieve 270 electoral votes.

Anything that diminishes the chances that we will be referring to President-elect Trump next month is fine by me. But if I may put on my concern troll hat for just a moment, are there any competent political professionals running the Trump campaign? How in the world is it good strategy to alienate your party’s leadership in a state that is a mandatory win? I really don’t get it.

At least America gets a preview of what a Trump presidency would be like. He cannot even unify his own party to get elected. So how do Trump lovers expect he would get anything through Congress?

There isn’t, I noticed that also, there is no competent person on the Trump team, they are literally all amateurs and know nothings.

I have always thought he was in it for the business contracts he can write after the campaign, he always knew he would lose and he makes sure of that every day by opening his mouth. He wants to milk his base of morons for all they have, which isn’t much.
