Trump campaign manager: ‘I don’t know why we need such extensive medical reporting’

Kellyanne Conway isn’t exactly making the argument for health transparency.

Conway, previewing Trump’s “Dr. Oz Show” taping about his health regimen, told MSNBC’s “Andrea Mitchell Reports” that she did not know whether the physician who examined Trump last week was the same one who wrote the letter last December proclaiming that he would be “the healthiest individual ever elected to the presidency.”

“I was not present for his physical,” Conway added.

Mitchell pressed, commenting that it is unknown whether the examination came from the same doctor, Harold Bornstein, who released the letter last year.

“Well, but remember, Andrea. I mean, I’m with Dr. Oz and millions of Americans on this. I don’t know why we need such extensive medical reporting when we all have a right to privacy?” Conway said.

It’s very odd that she says that, since it really is true.

Would you vote for someone who had terminal cancer? Congenital heart disease?

      • pinballsdoll September 13th, 2016 at 19:31

I would like to say yes, if they were the better candidate…but there are laws about privacy so we may not even know

people have to know if it’s worth voting for a sickly orange COWARD with a dead rat DU, being that he may turn up with a sore foot or something – then who the hell would start off the inaugural ball?

How does she manage to utter the sheer hypocrisy? It’s astonishing.

And keeps a straight face while pretending that these people are not speaking the truth about the guy who signs her checks. When she was just a republican pollster, she spoke truth about what an awful person rump is, now all the sudden her views change.

And this was the “genius” that was supposed to save this team? That’s like helping the Philadelphia 76ers record from last year (W-10 L-72 PCT-.122) not look so bad.

Every sniffle, sneeze, cough and hiccup by Hillary is headline material and the root of a new phony scandal. Each disqualifies her for the big chair according to right wing nut jobs.
So YES, the health of a potential president is an important consideration.
Not sure it needs to be, most of our presidents have had health problems Wilson had a stroke, FDR was in a wheel chair and was elected four times. Eisenhower had three heart attacks and Kennedy had a couple of problems as well. Reagan suffered from Alzheimer’s during his second term.

just to give you an example of the fuckin’ tardness coming from the RWNJ hypocrites:

“The 34th president endured three major medical crises during his two terms in office: heart attack, stroke, and Crohn’s disease.Eisenhower instructed his press secretary to inform the public of his condition after his heart attack in 1955. Six months before the election of 1956, Eisenhower was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease and underwent surgery, from which he recovered. One year later, the president suffered a mild stroke, which he was able to overcome.”
