‘White Lives Matter’ to be classified as hate group

The Southern Poverty Law Center will now include “White Lives Matter” as part of its “hate map”.

The map is released each year to show hotbeds of racist activity across the United States. Heidi Beirich, head of the SPLC’s Intelligence Project, told VICE News this week that the “movement” is “clearly white supremacists” who should instead be operating under the slogan “only white lives matter.”

According to an SPLC report from earlier this month, the Black Lives Matter movement came out of a response to the shooting of Trayvon Martin and advocates largely for accountability and equal rights by law enforcement.

The White Lives Matter movement, by contrast, goes beyond what mainstream conservatives have advocated as an “all lives matter” position. Instead, their group is lead by 40-year-old Rebecca Barnette of Tennessee. Barnette also serves as the vice president of the women’s division of the racist skinhead group Aryan Strikeforce. They promote a pro-whiteness agenda, claiming that the race is under attack from immigration, integration and other race-mixing.

          Thanks for the info,really am a rookie at this.Didn’t realize diqus is known for that.They’ve been glitching on me alot past 2 days.Also didnt know there was a way to check the deleted group.Is that on the profile page? Appreciate your input.

            I saw a friend on another site saying the same thing had happened to him. Disqus has a lot of hiccups.
            I think the “deleted” section is someplace he as a moderator only has access to.

              Thanks 4 the input.I know months ago on the alternet site I had a few comments kicked off as “detected as spam” Friend of mine told me it was probably bad “syntax” that alerted a programmed moderator.I was using alot of capital letters back then for emphasis.I learned not to do that anymore,but their stupid site kept kicking out my comments as spam after that.Tried to get it straightened out,but alternet was to lazy to fix it,so I gave up on them.Might try them again one day.These computers can be annoying.

                I think it is how each individual site is set up. You will find here at Alan’s that perfectly fine words will cause your comment to fall into a filter. One is the shortened version of Richard and the other is a word that rhymes with pest, but starts with “gu” instead of the “p.” :)
                I’m sure there are others, but I can’t remember them.
                Disqus is very glitchy. Currently I am having trouble with when I up-vote some comments being shot to a different part of the page. That seems to happen more often when there is a linked photo nearby. It’s weird. I had a day a while back where all up my up-votes completely disappeared!
                It helps to do what you did and ask about it because when people confirm that they are having problems, then you know that it’s not your computer.

      Haven’t you heard?- Apparently in a few generations there might not be more white people than ALL other [races] in America COMBINED. And by our homeschool math skills, that makes us a “minority” (despite the fact that there will still be more of us than any other single race, at least well into the next century or two of interbreeding)… ;)

            That sounds about right,but I thought it was lower.Article said,”natural decrease occured several years before original projection,a sign of wh. Pop. Decline soon to arrive.” It may decrease faster than this projection also,as they are probably using estimates of us baby boomers living longer than may actually occur.Alot of over 60s are “tired” and may not last as long as the averages they figure.I would give it 20 yrs.,not 27 more. Time will tell.

              None of that is true, just an urban myth. Statistics prove that black fathers are more engaged in their children’s lives than all other races. Anyone that rapes little girls in this country is committing a crime. Muslims in the US do not rape in any greater numbers than any other religion, in fact far less.

    Why would you think that a woman who belongs to a group called Aryan Strikeforce might be hate-motivated? (Originally, Aryan referred to an ethno-linguistic classification. It was derived from the Aryan people who were, ironically, from Persia – Iran – and India and spoke the most ancient known Indo-European language. Neither country is considered a proper ethnic origin by the people who self-label as Aryan.)
