Donald Trump has been trying to reach out to black voters in a most unusual way. He has repeatedly been speaking in almost all-white areas instead of venturing to more diverse cities.     He is NOT trying to appeal to the black voter. He is trying to show those moderate Republicans riding the fence that he’s not really racist. Just like his exceptionally improbably prediction that he’ll garner 95% when he goes for his second term.
