Dallas weatherman resigns after calling black men killed by police ‘thugs’
The weather guy for a Dallas radio station was incensed by what he saw at the Democratic convention.
Click here for reuse options!Bob Goosmann, the chief meteorologist for KRLD-AM, rained down rage online after the DNC featured Mothers of the Movement, a group of moms whose children were killed by gun violence or police. The DNC appearance featured the mothers of Eric Garner, Sandra Bland, Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown.
Their impassioned talk moved Goosmann — to go online and complain.
“The DNC parading the mothers of slain thugs around on their stage has me furious.”
Goosmann eventually deleted the post, but not before locals blasted him on social media for it.
Two days later, the station announced Goosmann had resigned “effective immediately,” with no further comment about his exit.

Exactly what is the problem with these assholes? We have a local fire captain now on suspension for posting on Facebook that Obama is a ‘cop hater’ who deserves to die. That is not free speech. It discredits his entire department, especially to the Black community. Has it ever occurred to some of these guys to go on the net, find some right wing racist site and post on there under a screen name? No, they have to act like naughty little boys sticking their finger in the public’s face.
