Isn’t breaking a legal contract a crime? Didn’t all those contractors sign a legal paper setting forth the terms for both sides? How does he not get charged with a crime for doing this? He obviously has no scruples, so the only way to force him to do the right thing is with the threat of criminal action. I don’t get it. Did he buy off the local DA and the state of New Jersey?

They’re civil violations….mere contract disputes…not criminal.
