Palin applauds ‘smart brits,’ says U.S. should follow suit and leave UN

Posted by | June 26, 2016 16:21 | Filed under: News Behaving Badly Politics

Because they’re exactly the same thing, says the foreign policy genius.

‘Congratulations, smart Brits. Good on you for ignoring all the fear mongering from special interest globalists who tend to aim for that apocalyptic One World Government that dissolves a nation’s self-determination and sovereignty… the EU being a One World Government mini-me,’ she wrote.

Palin is alluding to the United Nations when she mentions the ‘one world government’.

She believes the UN has put ‘shackles’ on the U.S.

In her post she encourages Americans to follow Britain’s lead and ‘break the shackles’ the UN has put on the country.

“Smart Brits” to Palin: “We beg your pardon…could you say that again in English?”

  3. Larry Schmitt June 26th, 2016 at 16:30

    Ignorant twit.

    • The Original Just Me June 26th, 2016 at 20:25

      With an ” A ” instead of a ” i “.

      • Larry Schmitt June 26th, 2016 at 21:22

Thinking it, but was very careful not to type it that way.

  4. StoneyCurtisll June 26th, 2016 at 16:34

This woman is so ignorant of reality…
She equates the EU with the UN?…
Does she not realize that all members of the EU are still members of the UN?

    • Larry Schmitt June 26th, 2016 at 16:43

She believes what other people tell her, and someone told her once that the UN is bad. Simple as that.

  5. KABoink_after_wingnut_hacker June 26th, 2016 at 16:40

Guaranteed that this buffoon doesn’t even know the difference between the EU and the UN and that EU countries are members of the UN…..oh why bother, she won’t get it.

  6. labman57 June 26th, 2016 at 16:58

Hey Sarah, do the nation a favor and move to the Dover coast.
Then you could brag that you can see the socialists in France from your porch.

  7. Gina Bousquet June 26th, 2016 at 17:09

Does she know the US leads the UN?

    • The Original Just Me June 26th, 2016 at 20:22

      Does She know anything ?

      • Gina Bousquet June 26th, 2016 at 20:26

        Very good point! :)

  8. StoneyCurtisll June 26th, 2016 at 17:53

    If Palin says it’s “good”….
    It must be bad.

  9. Maxx44 June 26th, 2016 at 18:19

Britain just committed economic suicide and the dimmest of dimwits thinks it was a good move. And to think, Uncle Fester was OK with putting her on the ticket as a potential Veep. Hard to make this stuff up.

Go to Kansas and enjoy the New Republican government

    • bpollen June 26th, 2016 at 18:57

Then pray for a tornado to take you away? And your little dog too!

  11. bpollen June 26th, 2016 at 18:56

Don’t ya just love white doofuses who use slavery imagery to describe non-existent oppressors? If Todd kicks off, maybe there’s a chance she could land Alex Jones!

    • The Original Just Me June 26th, 2016 at 20:22

What ever happened to the First Dude anyway? Did he die off ?

      • bpollen June 26th, 2016 at 23:48

Last I remember hearing, he had hurt himself… snowmobiling, if I remember the story right. Which is probably cover for injuries sustained during a family brawl.

        • The Original Just Me June 27th, 2016 at 00:05

He crashed his snowmobile while riding Very Drunk. Nothing more has been said. Just like when it was reported that a Wascilla Mother dropped her 357 Mag Pistol and it went off shooting her four year old son in the leg. Hush, Hush, Cover, Cover.

It’s the working class who voted for Britisn to leave.
It will be the working class who suffer the most
The working class has simply swapped one distant and unreachable elite for another one.

We now live in era of unimaginable amount of information… Yet
We also now live in a post-factual democracy.

When facts meet myths, the facts are useless. People gravitate to the myth that comforts them.

The campaign to exit the EU was a great example where the myth told the story the working class wanted to hear
The GOP/Donald Trump is Americas great example where a myth is telling the story, and facts are useless.

Can anyone tell me the last time a culture of anti-intellectualism has lead to anything but bigotry??

I use to think Palin was part of the unintelligent group – now I believe she just exploits them.

Palin should leave the USA. Period

  16. Charlie Seivard June 26th, 2016 at 21:26

Don’t go away mad. Just shut up and go away. Very far away.

  17. amersham1046 June 26th, 2016 at 21:40

If Palin was a politician in the UK she would be a member of The Monster Raving Loony Party

  18. William June 27th, 2016 at 01:37

She was no doubt compelled to spew stupid based upon something she saw on the fair and balanced network.

    • Mensa Member June 27th, 2016 at 20:47

Conservatives never liked the “united” part of the United States.

      That’s the connection.

  19. Mensa Member June 27th, 2016 at 20:45

In less than a week, the US stock markets have lost more than a trillion dollars. That includes a lot of people’s retirement savings.

Sarah Palin and Donald Trump think this is a great idea.

Something is seriously wrong with those two.
