‘Kill the gays’ pastor has meltdown

Posted by | June 24, 2016 15:03 | Filed under: News Behaving Badly Religion

Steven Anderson of the Faithful Word Baptist Church in Phoenix was a bit upset that activists had his PayPal and Apple accounts shut down as a result of his hate speech.

Anderson has been reaping the consequences of his words, and he is not happy about it.

“It’s war. You know what the filthy sodomites have done toward our church and us, and our friends and our fellow pastors that actually have the guts to say what needs to be said? Here’s what they’ve done in the last few weeks,” he told his congregation. “They got our PayPal account shut down so that we can’t take anymore online donations. We set up with another company, GivLet, they got that shut down. Qgiv, they got that shut down. BitPay, they got that shut down. They shut down our iTunes podcast. They shut down Brother Jimenez’s PayPal account. They shut down Brother Romero’s PayPal account… The landlord of Pastor Jimenez is saying, ‘hey we’re not going to renew your lease.’”

Silly rabbit it just doesn’t pay to be a bigoted ash hole like it use to.

Hey Einstein…words and actions have consequences…did you think you could declare war against a significant part of the population and no one would fight back….???
    Here’s an idea…STFU

sometimes it’s difficult to take someone seriously when they have a speech impediment that gets worse the more they talk.

my suggestion to steve (companion to adam?) would be to get a speech therapist and try toning down his lisp – and/or avoid using words that tend to exaggerate it.

see, steve, not all people that support EQUAL RIGHTS for ALL US CITIZENS are as bad and as evil as you pulpit panhandlers make US out to be.

until when, peace and love with lots of hugs and kisses.

ps: the way you emphasize ‘pal’ needs to be toned back a bit also.

People seem to think that “free speech” is “consequence free speech.”

They seem totally stunned when they find out how wrong they are.

in other words “WE ARE BROKE PEOPLE ”
or ……. “IF YOU DON”T LOVE MY HATRED, GET OUT ”
    hahaha

seriously, gay people can’t shut down people’s credit lines. i’m guessing the phony holy man is not good at handling the flocks donations.

They got them declared a hate group…the corporate policies of PayPal et al allow them to cancel customers and not be a party to their hate inspired fundraising…

      • whatthe46 June 24th, 2016 at 16:38

        Good on paypal!!!

Any good contract has a morality clause, in which the contract can be voided if either party acts in a manner considered to be generally immoral. Threatening death on a specific segment of the population is pretty much a slam dunk. The “pastor” can contest the rulings of all these groups in court, but he has a slim to none chance of having them reinstated. There is also a good chance that he personally will never be permitted to do business with these professional organizations. Hate Does Not Pay!

I don’t mean to be a humorless prude but I looked at those children in the audience and it seemed like child abuse to me. Nothing about that was funny to me.

But, I agree, he is totally ridiculous.

I am so sick and tired off the damn trolls coming here talking b.s. with their anti-Muslim crap and how they hate gays when it’s the so called American “christians” that are preaching in the streets, and over airwaves, calling for their deaths and praising the death and injured of another human being. I have never once heard Muslims preaching this crap in America let alone on national t v. So they can go and fk themselves!!!!!!

        • Hirightnow June 24th, 2016 at 17:52

Remember, though; dissenting opinions are one thing, outright inflammatory remarks another.

          • whatthe46 June 24th, 2016 at 17:53

            I completely understand.

  8. Hirightnow June 24th, 2016 at 17:47

I SWEAR, things like this make me wish that the Christian mythos was real; I just know that a Just God will let me watch while these people are told by Jesus,:”I never knew you.”

Hearing of his plight , I reacted with avid indifference

    • alpacadaddy June 24th, 2016 at 19:06

Well said Sir, care for another?

  11. Mensa Member June 24th, 2016 at 19:33

Confident, straight men don’t get all hot-and-lathered about the gays.

  12. majii June 24th, 2016 at 20:35

It appears to me that this “pastor” doesn’t like living in a democratic government where citizens can speak against the things he says and organize against him to change things. He can dish out sh*t, but he certainly can’t take it. I’m enjoying watching him freak out over something he caused to happen to himself.

    • whatthe46 June 24th, 2016 at 20:48

isn’t it always just amazing that they can say the most vile crap with ease, and then catch a damn fit when confronted like they are the ones who are being harmed?

  13. whatthe46 June 24th, 2016 at 20:49

    he is sooooo gay.

    • Mensa Member June 24th, 2016 at 21:45

      Exactly.

A fully straight man simply wouldn’t care so much.

      • whatthe46 June 24th, 2016 at 22:19

he’s off his hinge. talk about shouting too loudly. (i must convince everyone i’m not gay… i hate gays, i hate gays…) he’s gonna give himself a heart attack with that much self hate.

  14. whatthe46 June 24th, 2016 at 20:50

he’s so ticked off that they fk’d with his money. LOLOLOLOLOL

  15. whatthe46 June 24th, 2016 at 20:52

everyone of them are brainwashed idiots. oh, such “christian” people, until the money dries up. i’m dying laughing at this fool.

    • Mensa Member June 24th, 2016 at 21:42

The pastor was freaking-out about the gays closing down his PayPal and Bitcoin accounts.

      I don’t get it.

How could gays shut-down a bitcoin account?

How would the gays do that?

      • whatthe46 June 24th, 2016 at 22:23

they can’t. it’s his hateful rhetoric that caused the companies to shut his sorry ass out. good on them. haven’t they picked up on the clues yet that people are sick and tired of hate and ignorance and bigotry.

        • Mensa Member June 24th, 2016 at 22:52

          You could be right.

But don’t hitmen and drug dealers have Bitcoin accounts?

I doubt that the people at Bitcoin have even heard of this guy.

          • whatthe46 June 24th, 2016 at 22:59

does a “hitman” or a “drug dealer” have a website announcing what they sell? nope. this idiot sure does and it’s hate and it’s vile.

  16. Chris June 24th, 2016 at 23:36

“What does a hate filled jerk like me need to do to grift like I used to?”

  17. crc3 June 25th, 2016 at 00:08

This so-called pastor is the epitome of ignorance. He’s no man of God. He’s a man of the devil himself…

  18. OutInTheOC June 25th, 2016 at 01:45

WOW…….who knew that us LGBTQ people had so much power…….kinda like Super Gays…..LMAO

  19. robert June 25th, 2016 at 02:03

Can we associate this nut job with a woman who walks through target while holding a Bible and yelling at people.

    • whatthe46 June 25th, 2016 at 02:53

      sounds appropriate to me.

  20. fahvel June 25th, 2016 at 02:36

could not have happened to a more deserving group. Too bad it takes extremes before the semi civilized people kick in.
