““Obamacare set America on a path that leads to a larger government having a greater role in how health care decisions are made.” wait. what?!!! he is part of the same repuking asshole-ish (who cares how it’s spelled) establishment, that want to govern the healthcare and control of, women and their bodies and impede on the right to privacy between a patient and her doctor. so Obamacare, a healthcare insurance that makes it possible for people to be able to afford medical attention is a BAD thing HOW?!!! well, duh, it’s named after the first black president of the UnitedfuckingStates that’s why.

Unless and until they start bringing down the age of people who can get Medicare, they will never pass any of this. Hey Ryan, you’re going the wrong way! The people will not go for increasing the age of eligibility. Health savings accounts are out of reach for most Americans and do not help you when you have a catastrophic disease, pre-existing or not. This is a retread of the same old crap.
What a great day he picked to debut this garbage. Not a single mention of it anywhere until I read this.

Ryan is trying to save his gerrymandered Repub house majority from GOP nominee Donnie. The ‘ACA reduces federal deficits $1.5 T+’-CBO.
ObamaCare saves Medicare $1.1 T+ to 2020.’-Nonpartisan CBO.

These ideas reveal how poorly Republicans understand working Americans.

For, example — health savings accounts.

My employer offers one and I use it. . It’s great for paying co-pays and deductibles.

But what working American is going to save $150,000 for heart surgery? And, even if they could, what happens if they get an expensive illness before they’ve saved enough?
