Law would create database of animal abusers

A new bill would roll out a digital public database of animal abusers in New Jersey, a report says. The Democratic Assemblyman Troy Singleton from Burlington County, who sponsored the bill, told The Wall Street Journal the site would list those convicted or held liable in an animal cruelty case.     Good, a person should never be able to abuse an animal then walk away with no repercussions. These are the most awful humans and the deserve what they get.

    Abusers don’t know they’re abusers…but still should be brought to justice.
