Not surprising. The biggest beneficiary of Affirmative Action routinely votes against Affirmative Action. He actually thinks he’s white.

I bet if you look in his closet, you will find sheets and lighter fluid. He is the head cross burner.

On December 9, 1938 six black men were executed in eighty one minutes from Georgia’s death row.

There was seven executions scheduled for that day.

Tom Dickerson the only white man in this group was spared, even though he was convicted of killing his daughter,s baby boy, a child he had fathered.

In Georgia, black defendants who killed whites, it was often death in the electric chair in less than two months. For white killers, it could be one reprieve after another.

Thanks! I’ll have to make a note of that. Have you read Dog Whistle Politics by Ian Haney Lopez? He teaches at UCBerkeley. I found it an excellent read.

hmmm…He was sitting next to Roberts, when the “Day of Jubilee” was declared….so there is that…but, I wonder what he sees in the mirror, day in and day out…and if he is “of sound mind”….

Has there ever been a more profoundly unqualified “justice” than Thomas?

    • whatthe46 May 24th, 2016 at 23:19

his lover who just died? just saying.

  8. Tommie May 24th, 2016 at 10:08

All he see’s is the murder, even if they found out someone else did it, he would probably still vote the same way!

Any list of terrible Supreme Court justices that does not begin with Chief Justice Roger Taney will inherently be controversial. Taney authored what is widely viewed as the worst single decision in the Supreme Court’s history, the pro-slavery decision in Dred Scott v. Sandford.

When I look for a historical parallel to Clarence Thomas, I always am drawn to the Kapo in the concentration camp. Willing to sell out his own people for a few scraps from those in power.

i would love to just slap the piss out of his ass. he was fine when affirmative action granted him an opportunity, but, just like all repuking conservs, he’s got his and fk the rest.
