Proving he can’t take a joke, Trump blames media for WHCD no-show
Donald Trump thinks the only kind of acceptable humor is when he insults people.
On Monday morning, Trump spoke with CNN’s Chris Cuomo and offered up his rationale for skipping the 2016 White House Correspondents’ Dinner altogether. Trump said of the President, “I think he’s having fun and joking and I think it’s fine. I thought it was fine. Tell you the reason I didn’t go, if you have a second. I never really expressed this. The time I went, [the President] went after me and then [Seth Meyers] went after me. Honestly, I had a great time.” The mockery that Trump suffered at the 2011 event is widely cited as a underlying reason that he mounted his oh-shit-this-is-no-longer-a-joke Presidential campaign, but Trump has since said otherwise.
He continued, telling Cuomo, “I had a great time [in 2011]. The press is very dishonest and therefore it’s easiest not to go.”
“That’s why you didn’t go? You felt it wouldn’t be reported accurately?” asked Cuomo.
Trump responded:

I felt I would have a great time if I go, but no matter how great a time, I knew they obviously would be talking about me. No matter how great a time I would have, wouldn’t matter. They would say, ‘Donald Trump was humiliated. Donald Trump had a miserable time.’ You know? That’s what they did last time. I had really a great time.”

boy suzanne, he did not move in inch. can you imagine how many times he was yelling looser in his head. since he has decided to run, i’m not surprised that he didn’t show up. the ammunition over the past year that he has given comedians would have gone off the charts. and no doubt they would have been talking about his small hands. the chicken sh!t.
