NY AG: Trump must answer for his ‘sham’ university

New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman calls it a “sham-for-profit” university.

…the New York attorney general released a statement saying he plans to prove in court very soon that “Trump and his sham for-profit college defrauded thousands of students out of million of dollars.” Attorney General Eric Schneiderman made the announcement Tuesday. Schneiderman made clear he plans to call Trump to the stand. “I am very pleased the judge has indicated her intention to move as expeditiously as possible to trial, as thousands of Trump’s alleged victims have been waiting years for relief from his fraud. We believe that Mr. Trump and Mr. (Michael) Sexton will be essential witnesses at trial.”

I think my state’s AG is phenomenal. Looking forward to seeing how this goes but I have one question. What does this mean “to move as expeditiously as possible to trial?”
    Is that months, or years?
