We all saw that video of Prince a few days before his death. He didn’t look like someone in the final stage of AIDS.
But, I don’t know.
I do know this: It’s tragic however he died.

Prince was a wealthy as Earvin Johnson has been living with HIV for 25 years and look as healthy as an ox. if Prince was HIV+ he would have equally received the best health care available.
