I felt the Bern, last month, in Illinois. She narrowly won her home state. Everything he talks about, sounds good to me. I am ready for the new stuff, f the old stuff, however, if Hillary becomes the nomine, I will vote for her.

“It’s a big day in five states, and likely a bad day for some campaigns”.
    It’s been a rough month.

That is brilliant — it needs to be spread around — we could all use a laugh right about now.

Here is a link to see returns as they come in….http://www.wfsb.com/category/245193/2016-connecticut-primary-day-results

  5. Kick Frenzy April 26th, 2016 at 20:05

Another primary, another round of voter suppression, illegal behavior and election fraud.

Let’s hope at least some of this can get straightened out before June.

    • Suzanne McFly April 26th, 2016 at 20:07

It is good that we are discovering these problems now before November. If they aren’t fixed for the General Election, we will know who to blame.

      • Kick Frenzy April 26th, 2016 at 20:11

From what I’ve seen, we need a major overhaul of just about the entire process.

        ugh

        • Suzanne McFly April 26th, 2016 at 20:43

I think these “problems” are intentional. We have been voting for over a century, there is absolutely no reason for us to have problems in doing this at this point. Criminal activity is the reason we still have these issues.

          • Kick Frenzy April 26th, 2016 at 20:51

I have no doubt that you’er right.
Especially when some of the issues are direct human involvement… like closing polling stations, getting rid of early hours or same day registration.

(AP) HRC Won Maryland · 95 delegates proportionally | (AP) Trump won Connecticut · 28 delegates, Maryland · 38 delegates & Pennsylvania · 17 delegates winner take all. https://www.google.com/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&ion=1&espv=2&ie=UTF-8#q=Hillary+clinton+delegates+won&eob=m.09c7w0/R/4/short/m.09c7w0/g.11bx8s46_9 When Dems don’t vote, you voted for the GOP!

  7. Kick Frenzy April 26th, 2016 at 20:42

It’s hilarious that Maryland is called for Hillary before a single precinct has reported results.

She may well take it, but it seems like that may be jumping the gun by just a tiny bit, lol.

    • Obewon April 26th, 2016 at 20:43

Exit polling is science you can try to deny…

      • Kick Frenzy April 26th, 2016 at 20:49

I’m not saying it isn’t, I’m just saying that it’s jumping the gun to call a race before even 1% of the results are in.

Plus, if you go by exit polls, Bernie should be in the lead with pledged delegates.

      • Mensa Member April 26th, 2016 at 20:50

I’ve heard that exit polling is highly accurate, so you make a good point.

But, as a west coast voter, I get tired of the media calling elections before I’ve even voted!

        • Budda April 27th, 2016 at 07:07

I think it may also influence west coast voters. An example would be the voter who feels his candidate might have it wrapped up by the east coast exit polls and therefore might not feel so inclined to even vote.

          • Larry Schmitt April 27th, 2016 at 08:08

People who go that way are also not bothering to vote for the other positions that are up. Election day is not just about the president. And the other positions have a greater, more direct effect on the average person.

  8. amersham46 April 26th, 2016 at 21:25

The Cruz crew in Indiana are watch this and thinking , ‘ do I really want to vote for a loser’

  9. arc99 April 26th, 2016 at 21:29

Trump won every state tonight on the GOP side.

I am not sure how this affects the delegate roulette the party is playing. I am surprised (pleasantly so) that Gov. Kasich did not fare better in the northeast states.

In my opinion, Kasich would be the most competitive candidate for the Democratic nominee. Maybe some of his ideas are far right wing crazy just like the other GOP candidates. But what is important is that his persona is not. He comes across as an even-tempered likeable guy, which he may be once we ignore politics.

Hillary Clinton is not my first choice for the nomination. But as of tonight, the writing is on the wall for Sen. Sanders.

Bernie-or-Bust folks, please remember Florida 2000. We cannot let that happen again. Hold your noses if you must, but it is imperative that we support the Democratic nominee in November, no matter who it is.

No matter what you might think about HRC, remember the Supreme Court where the next President could make at least two selections. I think even her worst progressive critics would agree that a SCOTUS staffed with Clinton appointees is infinitely preferable to a SCOTUS with 2-3 new justices nominated by Ted Cruz or Donald Trump.

Presidents come and go. Citizens United will last for decades.

    • Kick Frenzy April 26th, 2016 at 21:44

You’re right, at least according to months of polls, Kasich would be the hardest for Dems to beat… or rather, a challenge for Bernie while Hillary would likely lose against him.

And the thing is…. going by their records, Hillary isn’t much of a Democrat, whereas Bernie exemplifies what I always thought the party stood for.
And if I don’t vote for Hillary, it’s not because I’m mad Bernie didn’t win and it’s not because I don’t like her… it’s because I don’t trust her and feel like she would be bad for the country.

I know it’s important to get our government as Blue as possible, but when so many Blue members are shades of purple, it’s hard to want to vote for any of them.
Bring on the true blue Berniecrats and I’m all in.
Otherwise, I’m not sure my soul would forgive me for voting for Hillary.
There’s a good better chance I’d write in Bernie or vote for Jill Stein instead.

Basically, our party will never change for the better when we hold our noses to vote for who they foist upon us.

You should NEVER have to hold your nose when voting.
It’s kind of the point of individual votes.

      • arc99 April 26th, 2016 at 21:53

With a Republican President nominating court justices, our country will never change for the better. To paraphrase my earlier comment, Presidents are around for a maximum of 8 years. A Supreme Court justice will influence policy for 2-3 decades.

If Hillary is the Democratic nominee, writing in Bernie or Jill Stein makes it more likely that Republican court appointees will define American policy for the next 20-30 years. Please keep that in mind when you get your ballot in November.

        • Kick Frenzy April 26th, 2016 at 23:53

I am keeping that in mind, which is why the idea of Hillary as our nominee is so conflicting for me.
I want to vote all Blue, all the time.

But when the choice is a strong fuchsia, it’s really hard to punch myself in the head until I go color blind.

          • oldfart April 27th, 2016 at 00:50

which is why I hold my nose…it hurts a lot less.

            • Roctuna April 27th, 2016 at 07:38

Us old farts can remember when every Dems platform looked like Bernie’s. It’s sad how things have changed to where standard fare from 40 years ago is considered communist today.

              • oldfart April 27th, 2016 at 10:26

I almost miss hearing the term pinko commie hippie.
(ha ! even spell checker didn’t recognize it !!!)

          • Budda April 27th, 2016 at 07:04

            fuchsia is better than red

            • Kick Frenzy April 28th, 2016 at 19:01

              Bernie Blue is even better.

        • oldfart April 27th, 2016 at 00:55

agreed, we absolutely, positively, cannot have a republican controlled government. it will take generations to repair the damage they will inflict on the citizens of this country.

        • Roctuna April 27th, 2016 at 07:36

I know Bernie said HRC will have to win over his supporters but I believe he’s going to make the case for them. He knows the stakes too. I hope HRC takes advantage of his revolution and accommodates some of his platform. A big Dem sweep, pushed by Berniecrats, will help her administration immensely.

    • Roctuna April 27th, 2016 at 07:27

Agree, 100%. Any Dem or voter from center-left cannot be party to a Drumpf or Cruz presidency. The stakes are too high.

Republicans are so angry that they are willing to nominate an authoritarian Democrat as their Republican nominee for president.

    Idiocracy here we come..

  12. Mensa Member April 26th, 2016 at 21:58

I’m happy for Sanders’s fans that he won Rhode Island.

    But, c’mon. It’s Rhode Island.

    The Rafael Massacre….

  14. mistlesuede April 26th, 2016 at 23:07

Another great night for Hillary, our next President.

    • Obewon April 27th, 2016 at 01:34

Madam President is no longer limited to the presiding officer of the U.S. Senate. The glass ceiling just broke! HRC 2,141 delegates needs 242 to win vs BS 1,062.
