I’m sorry, he’s a grown ass man. Tell him to knock it off or you’ll have him brought up on charges, sue him personally or act to have him removed from office depending results of an investigation and options. You don’t just move him across the street where there are less folks to witness his continued misbehavior. What is wrong with these people?
