Senator: ‘Good people don’t smoke marijuana’

Posted by | April 5, 2016 17:19 | Filed under: News Behaving Badly Politics

Alabama Senator Jeff Sessions thinks many people are very bad.

During a Senate Caucus on International Narcotics Control hearing Tuesday about how the Department of Justice is monitoring the effects of marijuana legalization in states like Colorado and Washington, Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) bemoaned that years of work “trying to send that message with clarity that good people don’t smoke marijuana” hasn’t resonated.

Depending on how you define things, that means that either 44 percent or 11 percent of Americans are baddies. According to a Gallup survey from last summer, those respective percentages represent the proportion of citizens who have tried marijuana and those who say they use it regularly.

    Reefer madness lives on

Same as it ever was. Same as it ever was

There are 100,000 total marijuana smokers in the US, and most are Negroes, Hispanics, Filipinos and entertainers. Their Satanic music, jazz and swing, result from marijuana usage. This marijuana causes white women to seek sexual relations with Negroes, entertainers and any others.

      Really, Harry?
Then I might start using it hoping these white women you refer to might flock with me.

No, good people do not vote republican!

My dad was the best man ever and he was a Korean war POW and when he was dying, he smoked it.

The last year of his life when he was too sick to be drive and his driver’s license expired, he was denied the right to vote by republicans! He had a wallet full of photo ID including his military ID and his VA card but the sick bastards in my state would not take any of it because it didn’t have an EXPIRATION DATE!! It crushed him not to be able to vote!

There is no such thing as a good republican!

    Sorry, rant off

    • jybarz April 5th, 2016 at 18:13

Republican SOBs are pretty determined to deny everyone their voting rights as much as they could. Hope it happens with their supporters by mistake.

    • Budda April 7th, 2016 at 15:09

Cough, cough…me too Stoney. In fact two are/were judges, three were cops one was the head of his department at a state university, and the list goes on

      • Suzanne McFly April 7th, 2016 at 20:18

I seen more drugs when I was enlisted that I ever seen as a civilian. It is funny (sarcasm) how we police drugs and enforce the laws on a certain segment of the population.

  6. Roctuna April 5th, 2016 at 19:01

Tell me Senator Sessions, why won’t either house of Congress pass a drug screening, pee-in-a-cup bill for themselves? Aren’t they all good people?

    • alpacadaddy April 5th, 2016 at 21:48

Great idea! If we can get them to come to work long enough to do a whiz-quiz, who knows what might turn up?

    • StoneyCurtisll April 6th, 2016 at 08:38

      High Five~!

  7. whatthe46 April 5th, 2016 at 20:21

“In September, Rep. Trey Radel voted for Republican legislation that
would allow states to make food stamp recipients pee in cups to prove
they’re not on drugs. In October, police busted the Florida Republican on a charge of cocaine possession.”

“Willie Gandara Jr., Texas County Commisioner- Just months after Gandara declared that drug legalization was bad for America, a possible ulterior motive emerged: profit. He was arrested in February 2012 on federal drug trafficking charges.”

“. Steve Katz, New York Assemblyman – Talk about practicing what you preach against: Despite voting against the legalization of medical marijuana last year, Katz wasarrested for pot possession in March. The Republican was pulled over for speeding by a state trooper, who smelled marijuana in Katz’s car.”

“Mel LeBlanc, Councilman for Arlington Texas – After an
investigation lasting several months, a Feburary 2012 police report
showed that Arlington’s interim deputy mayor had been obtaining meth and marijuana from prostitutes for several years.”

it wouldn’t surprise me if this senator has skeletons in his closet.
