When I looked at the draft of 6577 dollars, I have faith that brother of my friend was like really generating cash in his free time with his PC..azz His aunt’s neighbor has done this for only 8 months and by now repaid the loan on their home and bought a new Car.

I am getting a salary of 7580 dollars each week. Over a year ago I was in a horrible condition , jobless and no bank credit ..aff Thanks to one of my friends who showed me a way where I was able to gather myself and making average of 58 d/h. So it can change your life as it has changed mine. Why not try this.

      Look here for details

Well, sure, it’s a Northern state.
They have a particularly bad record when it comes to excessive use of force and other civil rights violations. Looks to me as if the Justice Department needs to force the Chicago P.D. to have an independent monitor to enforce reforms of the sort they have had to impose on P.D.s in Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, and Maryland, for example.

    • robert April 4th, 2016 at 08:46

You missed the train after your first sentence Skippy. As a matter of fact there are plenty of y’all southern folk up here looking for welfare. Why don’t you make the trip to see if you know any of them?

      • Budda April 6th, 2016 at 16:39

What does welfare have to do with this? Deflect much??

        • robert April 6th, 2016 at 19:48

welfare comes in many different forms, some is voluntary some is involuntary With and without weapons Y’all

          • Budda April 7th, 2016 at 02:50

Your comment still doesn’t seem relevant.

        • burqa April 11th, 2016 at 15:55

Either that or he thinks welfare causes po-lice to use excessive force.
          Hard to tell….

      • burqa April 7th, 2016 at 20:54

        Hah! Hah! Hah!
Your rebuttal to a point about po-lice abuse consists entirely of trying to change the subject to welfare, with an anecdotal argument, to boot. After failing to address my point, much less put forth anything that even vaguely resembles a rebuttal, you claim it is I who “missed the train.”
        Um, no.
Here’s a fact-based article to support my contention, which you’re trying to duck.
Scroll down to the handy-dandy chart, here:
        http://www.washingtonpost.com/sf/investigative/2015/11/13/forced-reforms-mixed-results/ChromeHTML/Shell/Open/Command

The Justice Department has forced reforms on po-lice departments in the following states for excessive use of force and/or other civil rights violations.
First, departments that employed: excessive force, with the number of departments in parentheses (get ready to attempt to change the subject again!):
        Louisianna (1)
        Michigan (1)
        Ohio (4)
        Pennsylvania (1)
        Maryland (1)
        Washington, D.C. (1)
        New Mexico (1)
        California (2)
        Oregon (1)
        Washington (1)
        Puerto Rico (1)
        Virgin Islands (1)

Departments forced to reform for other civli rights violations:
        Mississippi (1)
        Georgia (1)

        New York (1)
        New Jersey (1)
        Connecticut (1)
        Maryland (1 or 2)
        Montana (2)
        Arizona (1)

I take it you concede the point.

        • robert April 7th, 2016 at 21:15

unless you know who exists in chicago i wouldn’t say there are fewer people here from the south then any other region but your all about pointless arguments and weak threats

          • burqa April 11th, 2016 at 15:53

            Tee hee!
You’re still not addressing my point.
Obviously you can’t, not after two attempts to deflect.

Perhaps you’d feel more comfortable with some name-calling….

    They’re he-re…
NY SCOPE has released an anti Hillary radio spot in my neck of the woods. I heard it on the RWNJ radio station yesterday. I didn’t hear an affiliation in the radio spot for any republican candidate so it appears to be a typical love our guns and hate Hillary, get out the vote
    PAC commercial…and so it begins.

A decent,down-to-earth man has left us.
    RIP,Merle Haggard.
Haggard on the attacks on the President:

“It’s really almost criminal what they do with our President. There
seems to be no shame or anything. They call him all kinds of names all
day long, saying he’s doing certain things that he’s not. It’s just a
big old political game that I don’t want to be part of. There are people
spending their lives putting him down. I’m sure some of it’s true and
some of it’s not. I was very surprised to find the man very humble and
he had a nice handshake. His wife was very cordial to the guests and
especially me. They made a special effort to make me feel welcome. It
was not at all the way the media described him to be.”

Haggard when asked, ‘What’s the biggest lie out there about Obama?’

“He’s not conceited. He’s very humble about being the President of
the United States, especially in comparison to some presidents we’ve had
who come across like they don’t need anybody’s help. I think he knows
he’s in over his head. Anybody with any sense who takes that job and
thinks they can handle it must be an idiot.”

Here’s the politifact ruling on the “million jobs” comment and link to their analysis.

Scott said “we got a million jobs,” referring to employment in the state of Florida on his watch.

On the numbers, Scott is on target — the figure is actually a bit higher than 1 million net, new, nonfarm jobs. We’ll just note, as we always do in cases like this, that the governor is not solely responsible for this improvement — other factors played a role too. The statement is accurate but needs additional information, so we rate it Mostly True.

    • burqa April 7th, 2016 at 19:41

For the life of me I can’t understand why the Democratic Party has not been trying to organize those who don’t have health insurance and then get them to march on state legislatures and governor’s mansions such as Florida’s.
But noooo, the Democrats just sit there, listless, while Republicans attack the ACA daily.
We’re talking millions of voters and potential voters that the Democratic Party is failing to recruit and organize…

…….. and in local news, here in Virginia, George Mason University has decided to rename the Antonin Scalia School of Law after the first name generated widespread giggling at its acronym – ASSOL.
I am not making this up……….

    • Kick Frenzy April 7th, 2016 at 23:27

I can’t believe nobody caught that anywhere in the naming process.
I mean, who looks at that and doesn’t see “ass hole”???

  13. burqa April 7th, 2016 at 19:48

Great pull on the quotes, Highrightnow!
Yeah, Haggard was quite a talent. Few have the sort of success he had in music.
    He will be missed.
    RIP, Merle…….

Granted, I only have 1/2 hour before it’s tomorrow, but still… I’ll be celebrating with Kind Ryed IPA by Otter Creek Brewing.
I’m not a fan of strong hops, so it’s not at the top of my list… but it’s good for what it is. :)

    CHEERS!

  15. Kick Frenzy April 8th, 2016 at 01:17

Ok, you’re right in that he hasn’t been convicted.
    That’s my bad.
HOWEVER… there is video of him shooting Laquan and anyone with at least one eye can tell how out of line the entire incident was.
And that he did indeed shoot him when he posed no threat.

If the Founding Fathers had video capabilities, I imagine they wouldn’t take a whole lot of time convicting this asshole.

Just saying, most people are immediately fired and never invited back for MUCH less at other jobs.
Like, taking a dime out of a tip jar to help a kid pay for a slice of pizza.
(That happened to me… after the boss’ wife told me to do that just a day or two earlier.)

Let me tell you, if a friend of mine was on tape shooting someone when they posed no threat, I sure as hell wouldn’t invite them to work at the place I own.
This “blue line” that exists today is idiotic and corrupt, to say the least.

    • Mike April 8th, 2016 at 10:24

Not so sure the FF’s would change their minds with video…it was Adams himself that represented Capt Preston and the rest of the Boston Massacre crowd…and got them acquitted…Josiah Quincy (his co counsel) wrote years later that Adams was “hesitant to take the case knowing the dangers of mob violence, but it was his undying belief that men had a right to a fair trial and that everyone was innocent until proven guilty ….”

It is the very cornerstone of our judicial system.

      • Kick Frenzy April 8th, 2016 at 22:50

        Fair point.

But I still imagine that clear video of a culprit committing a crime would result in a quick trial.
That’s all I was saying… not that they would forego due process, just that it’d be easy to see that he was guilty.

Either way, I still think it’s a gross negligence of the understood duty to a community for them to hire someone who was charged with murder.
