When it comes to preventing unwanted pregnancy, much of the onus is still on women. Sure there are condoms and vasectomies, but all long-acting, reversible forms of bill control are made for women—from patches to intrauterine devices to hormone pills.     It will do nothing for the idiot that wants to start his own tribe. There’s a guy running around with 35 children by a couple dozen women.
    Sadly, the women will have to protect themselves-as they always have.
