      Do you think PO would want the job? I have no idea.
      In the meantime, the GOTP is going to continue denying the American people want they want done.
      I can’t say I’m thrilled by the nominee. I understand PO is doing what he can under total obstruction from the right that he has been up against for his entire Presidency. It will shine another light on just how badly PO has been treated by picking this moderate judge and by seeing the judge be treated poorly also.

        The most qualified judicial SCOTUS nominee on the entire planet is the Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals. The steppingstone to SCOTUS. Even Scalia would wakeup from his dirtnap to advocate confirming this nominee.

          I was thinking the same thing yesterday about Scalia. I wondered if he’d welcome this pick.
          Now their plan is to do nothing until after the election and then hold hearings if Hillary is elected and pass him through then so that she won’t get the pick after they screw everything up for the court’s next term.
