Apparently Pastor Robert Jeffress does not know the Bible very well. Hey Pastor, Christian – Christ like. Tell me where in the Bible did Jesus preach to alienate people? If I remember he sent Apostles into Gentile lands to preach. This supposed Pastor shows his vast ignorance of the word of God. No surprise there, he is on Hannity.
On one hand they got the he Hippie Jesus of the Gospels; the guy who’s always turning cheeks and blessing his enemies.
ON the other hand they got The Jesus at the end of the book is coming back with “eyes like a flame” wearing a “robe dipped in blood.” He’s got plans to make a feast for the birds out of “the flesh of all men, both free and slave, both small and great.” Kill ‘em all and let Dad sort ‘em out.
My advice to christians is the next time you see Jesus you better run like hell.
Silly this “pastor” doesn’t know that true Christian leaders do not live in million dollar mansions, they are supposed to follow the teachings of Jesus which is not living beyond your human needs.
