    Ted Cruz gave is “constipated face” when he claimed that no lame duck president had appointed a justice in 80 years.

    I’m not an historian but even I knew that couldn’t possibly be true.

    Cruz probably heard that on Fox News and just repeated it.

    More proof that Fox News makes you stupid.

      It doesn’t matter. The constitution doesn’t address the issue of “Lame duck”.
