Middle East researchers have reportedly discovered a new Islamic State group “help desk” aimed at assisting its members in encrypting their messages and escaping authorities’ notice.     Eventually, they’ll move all the help desk jobs to India and NOBODY will understand them.

      I had that experience this week with ProFlowers. Had to hang up and start again with someone else who was not much better! Then I had to call two other companies and I swear I spoke to the same Asian girl for both. So sweet and helpful, but damn it’s hard to understand.

        I don’t really care about their nationality or place of residence (though I would prefer the jobs stay in the US) but “tech support” is pretty ineffective if you can’t understand what you are being told. I’ve done computer tech support and it isn’t always that easy even when they CAN understand me.
