LOL, he’s a phony rightwing Christian, if he really was Christian he would not be pro war and anti universal healthcare and would not be on the side of cutting help for the poor, he’s not exactly acting like another Jesus!

    • rg9rts February 1st, 2016 at 08:53

      Like all fascist

      • Mensa Member February 1st, 2016 at 09:43

“Tim Coolio” almost perfectly described an anti-Christ.

Cruz is running for High Priest/Prophet, not President. Wrong candidate, wrong election, wrong country.

    • William February 1st, 2016 at 09:48

I’m not sure what he’s running for, but it’s kind of creepy.

      • Roctuna February 1st, 2016 at 13:29

        Creepy’s his middle name

      • Richard Banville February 1st, 2016 at 14:27

Spoken like a true snake oil salesman.

    • Mensa Member February 1st, 2016 at 09:45

Cruz is solidly in the tradition of Southern tent revival frauds.

And conservative Christians are easy pickins for those grifters.

      • William February 1st, 2016 at 09:47

Yep this is the Christian that wants to carpet bomb civilians.

  4. rg9rts February 1st, 2016 at 08:51

OMG what does he think he is ???? What does he think he is running for???

    • Uzza February 1st, 2016 at 09:17

    • epazote February 1st, 2016 at 10:01

Raphaelito believes he’s “the anointed one” chosen by gawd to deliver the “ungawdly USA” to the lard, and replace secular laws with old testament based religious governance

I’m a member of the body of Christ.

    I’m awake.

And Ted Cruz makes my skin crawl.

  7. William February 1st, 2016 at 09:39

He’s completely gone off the rails.

    • Mensa Member February 1st, 2016 at 09:40

I see it a little different.

Conservatives have gone off the rails and Cruz is playing them.

      • William February 1st, 2016 at 09:50

He’s a chameleon. He’ll adapt to his environment and tell the rubes whatever he thinks they want to hear.

  8. Gina Bousquet February 1st, 2016 at 09:43

Real scary way to run for office.

  9. Tommie February 1st, 2016 at 10:31

  10. Budda February 1st, 2016 at 10:43

He’s running for preacher/president. The man is creepy.

  11. Buford2k11 February 1st, 2016 at 10:50

    The Anti-Christ says WHUT?…

  12. DownriverDem February 1st, 2016 at 10:57

If Cruz would get the nomination, no way would he win the White House. No one’s religion is our government. It never was and never will be. How sad that so many good folks are clueless to what our country stands for and believes. If you choose, Love God, Follow your religion and leave the rest of us alone. That’s it. If you want folks to join you, then act like Christ not sold out religious repub haters.

  13. Mike February 1st, 2016 at 11:14

Our founding fathers must be spinning in their graves …

  14. Kick Frenzy February 1st, 2016 at 11:19

    Dear Christians,
Please take a moment to look into the actions of both political parties.
If you’re truly honest with yourself, I believe you’ll find that the Democratic party actually hews closer to Judeo-Christian morals and tenets than Republican actions do.

It just boggles my mind that so many Christians will vote for a party that continually breaks the most fundamental religious laws… like helping the poor or not killing others (war, death penalty).

  15. Warman1138 February 1st, 2016 at 11:50

    Taken literally………Cruz is a necromancer.

    • Richard Banville February 1st, 2016 at 14:22

As long as he’s not a neck romancer. He gives off a creepy vampire vibe.

  16. anothertoothpick February 1st, 2016 at 11:56

Jesus of Nazareth was not a Peak Performance Strategist as the prosperity preachers would have it. Nor was he an foreigner-hating patriot as the Tea Party would argue.

  17. Dwendt44 February 1st, 2016 at 12:09

    It’s that time in Iowa.

    • anothertoothpick February 1st, 2016 at 13:26

      I am stealing that one.

  18. anothertoothpick February 1st, 2016 at 12:18

No, no, go ahead, just pile some more horrific sh!t on this hellish sh!tshow

  19. anothertoothpick February 1st, 2016 at 13:29

Maybe asking your imaginary friend what you should do as leader of the world’s most powerful country isn’t such a good idea.
