David Jolly R-FL. has a plan to gut the Veterans
Administration, he introduced H.R. 3138, which
    privatizes the Veterans Administration’s healthcare
system, forcing tax payers to pay for healthcare

title of the “Veterans Healthcare Freedom Act” and
I’m sure if he introduced a bill that would increase
homelessness, he would call it the “Freedom to sleep
    under a bridge act”
