one of the Militia men Wampler who was convicted of murdering his father (did his time got out) is armed (according to a you tube post (posted on Liberaland) he says in the post he is legally allowed to carry a firearm (he killed his father with a pipe)….is it true? If he has a felony murder on his record can he still legally carry?

So let me get this straight: In this country you can have the police break down your door without warning and search your house because you shopped at a hydroponics store and drink tea, but if you conduct an armed occupation of federal property, steal government vehicles, bulldoze new roads in a nature preserve, access government computers without authorization, destroy fences around government property, etc., you can meet face to face with federal agents and they will not do a f*cking thing to you.
The whole thing stinks. It’s past the time to have them out of there, and the means are so simple, effective and harmless–just complete isolation and lack of supplies–one wonders why it hasn’t been done yet.
the FBI can arrest them any time….I think they are just letting them go on and on to rack up multiple charges….and seeing if anyone is going to pull the trigger…
yeah….the bundys have brought two girls (apparently biological) to hold as hostages…so you are not too far from the truth…but they have arrested two so far…..who have come off the wildlife sanctuary….(stealing fed property) armed car theivery….that can get them some time…..so I imagine the fbi would like to arrest them off the sanctuary one at a time….
Bundy has made it very clear that he does not want any part of a peaceful settlement. All Bundy wants is camera time with him leading the FBI around by their noses. He is wanting nothing more then publicity.
Any of these guys that are on government financial disability of any kind should immediately be terminated. They want to be no part of government then take them off of any and ALL forms of assistance Food stamps as well.

I’m not sure of the laws in Oregon, or in the federal jurisdiction of the park they invaded but in this state a felon cannot own a gun.
