Trump takes credit for Iran prisoner release

Posted by | January 17, 2016 09:15 | Filed under: News Behaving Badly Politics

Just for fun I searched to see if Donald Trump was claiming credit. I didn’t expect to find that it was so.

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump took credit for a prisoner swap between Iran and the United States that brought home four Americans, including a reporter for the Washington Post, on the same day that United Nations inspectors said that Iran has met its obligations under a landmark nuclear deal reached with six world powers.

So I’ve been hitting them hard and I think I might have had something to do with it,” Trump told a crowd of activists at the South Carolina Tea Party Convention. “You want to know the truth? It’s a part of my staple thing, I mean, I go crazy when I hear about this, you go absolutely wild because how is it possible?”

He’s been hitting them hard? Yes, I’m sure they were all impressed with your expertise in … wait, where was I? Oh, f*ck it, never mind. He’s just bullshitting again. You have to give him credit for a very fertile mind to keep coming up with this stuff. But a pile of horse manure is fertile too. Just sayin.

Hmmm, I thought his expertise was more in bull sh!t, but it’s horse manure you say? I learn so much from you Larry, I guess you know your sh!t lol.

Horseshit is just as effective for manure as bullshit. But neither is useful for policies.

Yeah Donny, the President is scared to death of you. I remember him shaking in fear at the 2011 White House Correspondent’s Dinner.
Oh, that’s right, he was shaking (along with everyone in the room) with laughter!

Is Trump really this big of a buffoon, or does he merely play one on T.V?

New England handily defeated KC yesterday.
Of course, Donald takes credit for Brady’s success.

    • Larry Schmitt January 17th, 2016 at 10:00

      Yes to both. It’s autobiographical.

He wants his idiot minions to think this release was something that just popped up. That it wasn’t something that has been discussed and planed through Obama and Kerry’s diplomacy for months. They released them because they are scared of Trump?…If that was on SNL it would be funny.
Calling those that would vote for him Idiot minions is being polite.

If Donald wants to take credit for something, it should be the aroused nether regions of white supremacists.
