As they should be. Whatever you may think about BLM, they haven’t committed sedition and the nut jobs have.

    • majii January 4th, 2016 at 20:47

They seem to think that because they’re calling themselves a “militia” and the word is mentioned in the Constitution, it makes their cause legitimate. It doesn’t because they’ve taken over federal property in a hissy fit because two guys who received a fair trial are going to prison for five years, and they don’t like it. Nuts. If BLM members took over a federal installation, law enforcement would waste no time rushing to the scene in full riot gear, storming the building and arresting them, and the MSM would have zero qualms about calling them thugs.

      • granpa.usthai January 5th, 2016 at 00:00

BLM doesn’t have the Republican Political backing these WHITE RACIST TERRORIST do.

    • granpa.usthai January 5th, 2016 at 00:24

haven’t seen anything about the ONG being called out?

got to remember these is WHITE RACIST TERRORIST armed with stolen US Military weapons. Best to let them get whatever they want and walk away again. Wouldn’t want any ‘casualties’ to result in their ‘patriotic’ duties to let the world know they don’t allow no Hawaiians in the White House.

      • robert January 5th, 2016 at 04:24

i read that from a few bank robbers too Sadly they didn’t get all of their demands.

As to why the ONG is not being called out ? the governor probably wants to keep his job.

You don’t understand why you’re getting so much “backlash”? Maybe you should try some critical thinking. Maybe ask yourself why the vast majority of the country is in opposition to your actions? Could it possibly be that most people don’t believe that you have a valid position? Maybe, just maybe you are just flat out wrong?

History books documented Paul Revere’s famous midnight ride on April 18th, 1775, from Boston to Lexington to warn that the British were coming.

Small quibble. We were British, Paul warned of Redcoats approaching.

These same people committed genocide of native Americans and fought a civil war to defend slavery. Not to mention that the Bush-Cheney administration tortured prisoners of war against Geneva conventions and shamed our nation around the world.

picky, picky – so if his borrowed horse Brown Beauty had been a male…?

      • FatRat January 5th, 2016 at 11:09

The devil is in the details.

Looked up the horse in question. Brown Beauty was a mare, so that means Paul must’ve stolen another horse that night. Thinking the name was Black Betty and lied to Paul about its sex. Damn it’s a wonder that Paul wasn’t hung for horse theft. lol

Revere left several accounts of his ride, and although he states that he borrowed the horse from John Larkin, neither he nor anyone else takes much notice of the mount, or refers to it by name. Revere calls it simply “a very good horse.” In the years since 1775 many names have been attached to the animal, the most exotic probably being Scheherazade. The only name for which there is any evidence, however, is Brown Beauty. The following excerpt is taken from a genealogy of the Larkin family, published in 1930.

Samuel (Larkin) … born Oct. 22, 1701; died Oct. 8, 1784, aged 83; he was a chairmaker, then a fisherman and had horses and a stable. He was the owner of “Brown Beauty,” the mare of Paul Revere’s Ride made famous by the Longfellow poem. The mare was loaned at the request of Samuel’s son, deacon John Larkin, and was never returned to the owner.

-and, yet, we and the WORLD recognize US as actually existing.

question from abroad then: why is this event not being treated in the manner prescribed?

      • William January 5th, 2016 at 10:36

Actually it is. In law enforcement the premise of wait them out is the best. If there are no lives in danger then time is on the side of law enforcement. The occupiers support, resources and resolve diminish with time. It makes absolutely no sense to storm the place and risk lives and property if there is no imminent threat. Power, water heat and food will be shut off, and these clowns will likely surrender. If there are some die hard protestors that want to make a stand, they are easier to engage if they are tired, hungry and cold. In short, time is the ally.
