In video footage obtained by the New York Daily News, a 25-year-old college student can be seen being beaten by police. Nicholson Gregoire says he was walking his dog outside without a leash and was wrongfully arrested after being roughed up by the cops.     If the government wasn’t allowed to profit from tickets and arrests I predict a lot of these tickets and arrests would go away very quickly.
