Posted by | December 18, 2015 09:30 | Filed under: Politics Radio Interviews Top Stories

Pat Buchanan, himself a 2-time presidential candidate, talked to me about Donald Trump’s popularity.

Buchanan stated his belief that Islam is a political ideology as well as a religion and that all immigration should be halted until we straighten things out.

Buchanan was part of the right wing nuts who were outraged at what the Beatles “devil worshiping” music was doing to American teens in the 60’s. He is just as wrong today about muslims.

After a lifetime of Beatle’s star quality the POS has the guts to compare the useless fascist to them. Not even in popularity, you dumba$$!

  3. cogitoergodavesum December 18th, 2015 at 10:37

Does that mean he’s more popular than Jesus right now? Should we burn his book?

  4. Tommie December 18th, 2015 at 11:00

Ummmm…..i do not think so the Beatles were loved worldwide, Trump not so much!

All that hatred takes its toll.

So the Beatles were only popular with 40% of the GOP primary electorate? LOL.

Go away Buchanan, you racist relic piece of human garbage.

Popular is NOT the word… More like people are as DISGUSTED with Trump as they are DISGUSTED with raw sewage.

other than the confrontation crap, why does Alan interview so many empty minds? I was able to listen to Alan on a radio last night – he’s a tease and a baiter and likeable.

    but can he sing?

    • Robert Kennedy December 19th, 2015 at 14:45

Yes, he sings his own praises every chance he gets.

And 40 years from now Herr Trump will be one of the most prolific political writers of our time and we’ll listen to the Musak version of his words in an elevator? Somehow I doubt it.

  13. JIMV December 18th, 2015 at 18:07

Yes I can see the comparison with the Putin/Trump Bromance. “Back in USSR” would be appropriate

  14. bpollen December 19th, 2015 at 06:02

According to John Lennon, that would make Trump more popular than Jebus!

    • Robert Kennedy December 19th, 2015 at 14:44

When Lennon said that it was about how sad that was, that people should not place the Beatles above God. And fahvel was right, he’s more popular than dung beetles, but only dung beetles in your bed. The ones in the ground have a purpose, Trump doesn’t.

    • cwazycajun January 8th, 2016 at 10:44

  15. fahvel December 19th, 2015 at 13:02

I think he was referring to dung beatles.

Always thought that Donald (Wormwood) Trump of the “Radical Republican Extremist Party” (RREP) was about as popular as a flatulent dog in an elevator!

  17. Wee Mousie December 20th, 2015 at 19:28

Well the Beatles did have hair that differed from the majority of the population, at least at first, but unlike them, I doubt that anyone will ever try to replicate Trump’s torturous tonsorial turn out.
