So how many civilians have been killed by Russian airstrikes in Syria? Or are we not supposed to bring that up?

(Make no mistake though–this is serious. We’re supposed to be taking out ISIL, not innocents. And it will certainly be used as a recruiting tool by ISIL.)

Is it a freakin’ competition? Does their casualty list somehow negate ours? Is it worse because they are killed by dirty Commies instead of Real ‘Murkins? “We’re murdering civilians too, but it’s worse when they do it!”

All foreign powers need to withdraw from Syria before WW3 happens. The neoconservative mantra of imposing “capitalism and democracy” on tribal people has created irreparable consequences.

this is really the problem with air strikes …even if you are doing them you should have someone on the ground confirming in really specific detail that your target is the right one and it clear to attack…no civilians…this takes extra time and more risk but in my opinion it is worth it….war should not be careless..should be last resort….clearly syria is a failed state and negotiations for transition are long overdue…
