Be A Beta Tester–Here’s What’s Happening At Alan.Com

Posted by | December 3, 2015 17:23 | Filed under: Forum

When you go to alan.com starting next week or soon thereafter, you will see windows to our new news site and to the new liberaland.com. In the meantime, I’d love for you to beta test the news site, so let me know in the comment section here if you’d like to take a peak. I haven’t publicly announced the domain yet.

Here’s the eventual plan:

alan.com will be a window to both liberaland.com and the new news site. This will be the main page for all our sites (a couple still under development), which will have our chat room, an open thread for the community, and information about my nightly radio show.

liberaland.com will look much like alan.com does now with its grid format. Each grid will take you to stories from a different liberal website, and from those stories you can go to those sites. As each site puts up new stories, they’ll appear on the front page of liberaland, so it will be a one-stop for the best liberal content on the web.

The new news site will be where we’ll post our up-to-the-minute news, and will include a comment section for each story as alan.com does now.

A few users have already received the new domain info, and offered some feedback. Please let me know here if you’d like to take a look at it.

      I understand from certain spammers that you can get a McLaren F1 by clicking some link (Like their sister’s cousin did),,,,which you could then trade for about 3 Ferraris.

    Heard an ad on the radio today… Some outfit was looking for people (maybe only the first three (?) million, or so) to be “beta testers” for a whole line of “xp98ABcrunchZumbaRumba” exercise video/audio… ……(…no charges incurred until after 30 days… (…cancel at any time.))

    Hope the new format/launches/ventures/urls go well… …(…still wondering whether the whole “Liberaland”/Alan thing is a Rupert Murdoch property.)

      I have generated 74,000 dollars so far this year working online and I am a full time student. I am attached with an online business entity that I heard about and I have earned such great cash. It is really user friendly and I feel myself lucky to have that option. Why not try this. iom…

    Probably off topic, but here goes;

      I’m not a fan of country, but I love Iris. One of my favorites is “There’s a Wall in Washington.”

    I’m up for giving the new news site a whirl.

    Is there anything we should be specifically trying to test?
    Or is it just “try it out, if something doesn’t seem right, say so”?
