As He Drops Trump Says Polls ‘Not Scientific’
When he’s on top of the polls the polls are great. With Ben Carson surging, The Donald has suddenly decided they’re “not scientific.”
Click here for reuse options!Trump explained on MSNBC’s Morning Joe that the reason rival Ben Carson had surpassed him in recent polls was because they weren’t “scientific.”
“I want to ask about once and for all your relationship with polls. When you’re ahead of the polls you cite them, you act like they’re scientific gospel. When we see polls where you’re behind, sometimes you’ll challenge the pollster, the organization, the methodology, the legitimacy of the poll,” said Bloomberg Politics’ Mark Halperin.
“How do you justify or explain attacking polls where you’re behind but celebrating polls when you’re ahead?” he asked.
“I think you have to understand polls…” Trump said. “I believe in polls. I generally believe in polls. The thing with these polls, they are all so different. They are coming from all over the lot where one guy is up here, somebody else is up there, you see swings of ten and twelve points immediately, even the same day.”

Who would believe outliar polls like Monmouth or Quinnipiac. Trump uses the E. Bumblephuk polls that show he is already President. They are absolutely fabulous polls. The greatest ever. Almost as good as when he calls his wife and gets 100 % support after he slaps her around. And he makes the other people running pay for them thar polls. Because he is the greatest negotiator ever. Can’t wait for him to negotiate for US like he negotiated away his casinos for free.

As of yesterday, some polls still have Biden, Webb and Chafee in them… how acurate can those be?

Because they were conducted when those candidates were still in the race, or were considered in the race.
