Once again we see a person who would violate the Constitution by acting on something without getting the okay from the Congress. This “proposal” should immediately eliminate her from any consideration for the presidency

The Constitution explicitly requires that the militias covered by the Second Amendment ought to be “well-regulated”. It seems that YOU’RE the one who doesn’t give a damn about the Constitution.
If the right to keep and bear arms is supposed to be an absolute, then explain why there should be any restrictions on an individual who wants to acquire nuclear weapons.
If we can regulate certain categories of “arms”, we can regulate them all.

How about you actually read the constirurion and amendments including voter rights.

Executive orders do not violate the Constitution, slavery was abolished by an executive order, it took two years for Congress to ratify it.

You may want to read a little closer.
The proposal mentions that she would take “administrative action”.

While an “executive action” could be used in this case, what’s being referred to in the proposal would either fall under Presidential Determination or President Memorandum.
Both of these are used to inform/manage the executive branch, which just happens to be the branch that the President wholly presides over.

In short, you are exceedingly mistaken in your interpretation of our Constitution and government.
