Until the Feds change the classification of pot, it will not truly be legal…The Feds are holding onto this “choke hold” until something happens, and I’m not sure what that would be…Colorado has been quite successful, and happy with almost legal weed…but there are problems, but mostly stemming from the anti-weed people…the gop has been corrupted by the Drug Wars, along with their DEA, and other drug warriors…It isn’t Weed that is bad, it is the property confiscation and legal theft of wealth that is keeping weed from being totally legal..Private prisons, corrupt DA’s, corrupt courts etc., will stand in the way of removing their “gravy train”…

I would say to Chief Harvey that the message being sent to young people when they walk into a grocery store and see marijuana is the exact same message sent when those young people walk into a grocery store and see Budweiser or Jack Daniels for sale.

It is not a question of legalizing drugs. That question was resolved generations ago. Drugs are quite legal. Every city and town, across this great nation has at least one place of business known as a DRUG store. Drugs are already legal so can we at least discuss the issue honestly and abandon the bullsh*t notion that the debate is about legalization?

The only real questions have been which drugs will be sold and who will pocket the profits.

I think that pretty much sums up my opinions on this issue.
