Oath Keeper Wants To Arrest Lawmakers And Obama For Treason
This fine gentleman, who doesn’t know that shirts have now been invented, might want to bone up on teh Constitution, much like this year’s Republican candidates.
Jon Ritzheimer, a member of the “Oath keepers”who describes himself as an “American Patriot who has everything to lose,” has threatened to arrest lawmakers who support the Iran nuclear deal, beginning with Sen. Debbie Stabenow.
Ritzheimer, the organizer of the armed Anti-Muslim rally held outside of a Mosque during prayer time in Phoenix earlier this year, is seeking donations for gas money so he and an armed militia can travel to Michigan to arrest Stabenow for treason, then travel to other states in order to arrest other elected officials who voted in support of the Iran Peace Deal.
Capitol police are now investigating an open letter written by Ritzheimer whichstates, “We are planning on arresting Senator Debbie Stabenow, who voted yes to the Iran Nuke Deal. She will be arrested for treason under Article 3 Section 3 of the Constitution,” Ritzheimer wrote, Roll Call first reported.
“We have chosen her as our first target due to our strong ties with the Michigan State Militia and their lax gun laws that will allow us to operate in a manner necessary for an operation like this,” the letter continues…
Roll Call reports:
Ritzheimer, 31, claims that after successfully detaining the Michigan Democrat, he and his armed militia “will continue to move across the country and arrest everyone involved with the Iran Nuke Deal” including the president.

It’s a protest about guns, so concealed weapons won’t work. It’s best to conceal your weapon but the Oath Keeper’s are protesting so the largest odd looking guns are used because it gets out the message and it’s peaceful.
Unkind pictures of odd characters in that movement always make it to the media or those that want to make them look like imbeciles and extremists but it’s rare that you see the true photo’s of those in the movement it’s alway’s the silly ones with the furry faces and looks like their momma dressed them.

Militia defends liberal senator from threats of ‘treason’ arrest

Militia groups in Michigan are coming to the defense of U.S. Sen. Debbie Stabenow.
The news comes as CQ Roll Callreports Capitol Police are investigating a threat to arrest Stabenow for ‘treason’ for her support of the Iran nuclear deal.
Jon Ritzheimer, the Arizona resident who reportedly attracted FBI attention when he organized an anti-Muslim protest rally and “draw Muhammad” cartoon contest at a Phoenix mosque, shared his plan to organize with fellow U.S. Marines in an open letter posted online Monday.
“We are planning on arresting Senator Debbie Stabenow, who voted yes to the Iran Nuke Deal. She will be arrested for treason under Article 3 Section 3 of the Constitution,” states the letter. “We have chosen her as our first target due to our strong ties with the Michigan State Militia and their lax gun laws that will allow us to operate in a manner necessary for an operation like this.”
Ritzheimer, 31, claims that after successfully detaining the Michigan Democrat, he and his armed militia “will continue to move across the country and arrest everyone involved with the Iran Nuke Deal” including the president.That announcement has not settled well with members of Michigan’s militia community. Michael W. Lackomar, of Brighton, is the communications guy for the Southeast Michigan Volunteer Militia — the state’s largest. He said all of the state’s militia have spoken and come to the conclusion that Ritzheimer “has no authority to do this,” and that the Arizona resident does not have support in state with local militias.

For the past 21 years (from the days of Norm Olson) we have publicly met and held training events each and every month…… we work and communicate with many Militia’s of Michigan….. the III%’s, Michigan Home Guard, Black Creek Volunteers, Sentinel’s, Southwest Michigan Volunteer Militia (SWMVM), Michigan Militia Corps Wolverines (MMCW), Genesee County Volunteer Militia (GCVM), Down River Militia (DVM), Superior Unorganized Michigan Militia (SUMM)……. These are all above ground and public militias.
We know of no militia in Michigan that is participating in these actions, also we do not appreciate armed out-of-state groups invading Michigan and throwing around the “Michigan Militia” name as participants.

If Jon Ritzheimer travels to Michigan trying to arrest Sen. Debbie Stabenow for treason because of her support for the Iran nuclear deal, he may find a line of volunteer militia men guarding the Michigan Democrat.
“This is wrong. It sounds like mob rule to me,” said Lou Vondette, of the Southeast Michigan Volunteer Militia, one of the oldest active militias in the state. “We have no idea what this guy has on his mind,” Vondette said in a phone interview. The threats sound “just as terrifying to [us], as to anyone reading the story.”
In a threatening letter making waves on the Web, Ritzheimer alleges he has “strong ties with the Michigan State Militia” and plans to target Stabenow. “I have fellow marines in the Michigan militia, who I’ve deployed with,” Ritzheimer said in a video related to the plot.
Vondette told CQ Roll Call his group had been communicating back and forth with eight other militia groups in the state since the news surfaced, including The Three Percenters, Michigan Home Guard, Black Creek Volunteers, West Michigan Sentinels, Michigan Militia Corps Wolverines, Genesee County Volunteer Militia, Down River Militia, and the Superior Unorganized Michigan Militia.
“We know of no militia in Michigan that is participating in these actions. Also, we do not appreciate armed out-of-state groups invading Michigan and throwing around the ‘Michigan Militia’ name as participants,” Vondette stated.
Vondette rejects the Iran nuclear agreement, but disavowed the plot to arrest Stabenow for treason based on her support as “stupidity.”
“No, I totally disagree with her,” he said, “but we have a process by which we do that and it’s called elections.” He said the militia group would “stand in line between them if we have to.”
Capitol Police are working with local Michigan law enforcement on the matter.
