Ted Nugent has no problem with the discredited theory promoted by anti-semites that Israel was behind 9/11. He even “liked” the idea on Facebook.

The full comment reads: “Israeli Mossad was responsible for the 9/11 attack, why are we still protecting the Zionists who also control our media… Podcasts are fine, but you should have a bigger forum!” (Hat tip to Media Matters’ Timothy Johnson for the find.)

Lest there be doubt, Nugent then “liked” a post form a truther who posted a link to a YouTube blaming Israel.

    I’ll be the first to admit that I’m not a fan of the present Netanyahu government in Israel. That said, to say that Ted Nugent has gone totally “looney tunes” would be an insult to the Warner Bros. cartoon characters.

    We’ve known for several years now that Nugent is a racist and a xenophobe. But an anti-Semite too? I’m shocked, SHOCKED! . . . NOT!

    Anyone willing to take bets on how long it will be before we find out that Nugent is a member of the KKK or some other white-supremacist group?
