no, because, states rites allows them to thwart FEDERAL LAW and the UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION when it doesn’t serve their immediate political interest.
(ref: SC secession Dec. 20th, 1860). Individual states can belong to the Union and do WTF they want to to US Citizens without any repercussions other than those spelled out at the surrender at Appomattox – allowing folks to use arms in open rebellion to the US Government as was seen in Nevada by Kow farmer Bundy’s Krazy Kowboys in Africa Korps Kapps.

I read where Kim Davis has actually turned the public against her position. 538 had support for government officials refusing to comply at 48% right after the SCOTUS decision and now it’s at 74% against…way to go…a couple more weeks of this and we’ll be at 95% support.
