Deputy Clerk’s Atty Says Kim Davis Interfered With Judge’s Order
An attorney for a deputy clerk in Kim Davis’s office says the Kentucky clerk has violated a judge’s order by altering marriage license forms.
On Friday, Mason’s attorney, Richard Hughes, said the altered forms would not be valid and thus constitute an attempt to violate the judge’s order.
Davis became a hero to many conservative Christians when she stopped issuing the licenses after the Supreme Court effectively legalized same-sex marriage. Her profile reached a fever pitch when she was jailed, as protesters, presidential candidates and news crews from across the county descended on the small town of Morehead.
Davis lost another legal bid to delay issuing marriage licenses to same-sex coupleson Thursday, marking the latest in a mounting stack of rejected appeals.

What is it with these people who think they are above the laws of our nation?
I had to accept the ridiculous decision of ‘Bush v Gore’ when there was never even a recount. I also was forced to accept the treasonous ‘Citizens United’ ruling but I didn’t go off the rails and start defying laws.

Enough with this idiot. This person needs to either go back to jail, quit or be removed by the State Government. I have a very sincere and deeply held belief her religious beliefs are total bullshit. I was born in Kentucky and have some crazy relatives but this dumbass is too much. This delusional fool is now violating State law by changing the marriage liscense removing not just her name but the county as well from the form. I don’t care what anybody does as long as no one gets hurt it’s none of my freaking business and doesn’t affect me on a personal level. Sigh…… The stupidity and bigotry the republicans apparently promote and believe hasn’t reached bottom yet if the actually is a bottom to these assholes.
